Standard shipping for small decor items typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service usually arrives within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, all Ember® furniture and hardware products come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
